Yoshida Foods International in Portland, Oregon is seeking a full-time Warehouse Forklift Operator to work on our day shift!
- In this role, you will support production by moving product ingredients from our warehouse to production staging areas and packaged products to the warehouse using a forklift. Yoshida Foods Int. is a 40-year-old company with a well-established reputation for producing high-quality sauces and carbonated beverages.
- Pay starts at $18.00 per hour.
- The work schedule is Monday-Friday 8AM to 4:30PM Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Transport raw materials for production to the cooking platform as needed.
- Stack pallets of finished goods in incorrect areas of the warehouse.
- Keep warehouse area clean and organized at all times.
- Perform duties required for master sanitation list.
- Provide proper documentation for forklift usage.
- Transport repack items to the repack area.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks when necessary.
- Understand and use pallet tag and card system.
- Use the production schedule to plan for what ingredients to pull.
- Wrap and band totes, drums, and cubes when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Warehouse experience.
- Forklift experience (high-reach, sit & stand preferred).
Job Conditions and Environment:
- Work performed in the warehouse and outdoors.
- Subject to temperature variation, long hours standing on concrete, and occasion shift changing due to order demands or training/staffing changes.
